1. ORDERING

When you place an order on Watchandjewelryshop.dk, you will automatically receive an email specifying the items you have ordered. This email serves solely as an electronic receipt, confirming that we have received your order, and at this point, no legally binding agreement has been established between you and Watchandjewelryshop.dk

A legally binding agreement between you and Watchandjewelryshop.dk is only formed when you receive an order confirmation via email. Until you receive an order confirmation, watchandjewelryshop.dk reserves the right to cancel your order entirely or partially, for example, due to pricing and text errors or out-of-stock items. If such cancellation occurs, you will be promptly notified via email.

2. When you find an item you like, you have the option to click on "Info" to read more details about it. Here, you will also see our expected delivery time for the item.
3. If the item is one you'd like to purchase or save for later comparison, you can add it to your personal shopping cart by clicking "Buy" – and you can then continue browsing. You won't make a purchase until you've filled in your name, address, and accepted our terms.
4. Once you've finished browsing our delightful selection, you can view the contents of your personal "Shopping Cart" by clicking on it in the upper right corner of the shop.
5. Now, you have an overview of the items you've selected, with the opportunity to compare and read more about each item – you can remove or add more as needed.
6. When you're satisfied with your choices, select "Proceed to Checkout."
7. Enter your name and address so we can send you the items.
8. If the package should be delivered to a different address than the billing address – for example, your workplace to avoid picking up the package at the post office – check the box for "alternative address" and fill in the name and address for the alternative delivery location. Then press "Continue."
9. Now you need to choose the Payment Method and Shipping Method. Then select "Continue."
10. You will now see an overview of your purchases and the total price. Note that Watchandjewelryshop.dk does not charge fees for your purchases, and you can always choose free delivery.
11. You will now be prompted to read and accept our terms and conditions - the same ones you find below. Our terms and conditions will open in a new tab, and if you accept these, go back a tab and select "Confirm Order."
12. Enter your credit card information and select "Confirm."

All your credit card information is only transmitted to PBS/NETS through a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Guldsmykket.dk and its employees will never have access to your card details, and we will never withdraw a greater amount than what you have accepted.
 

You will now see a temporary order confirmation, which we recommend you save or print - a copy is immediately sent to the email account you provided during the ordering process. Watchandjewelryshop.dk will confirm your order finally within the next 24 hours, providing a conclusive indication of our expected delivery time. However, please note that for items in our own warehouse, which we can dispatch on the first business day after ordering, confirmation may not be provided but will simply be dispatched.

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a separate email notifying you that the item is on its way, along with a tracking number and instructions on how to follow the item's journey. The final invoice will be sent via email when we dispatch the item.

Please be aware: If you do not receive these emails, kindly check your spam filter, as we have observed that some customers may find them there.

Once my order is completed, can I still add more items to the same order?
No, but in your next order, in the "remarks field," you can specify that this order should be shipped together with your previous order – please provide the order number.

Can I order from multiple Houmann's webshops in the same order?

2. PRICES

The prices on Watchandjewelryshop.dk include 25% Danish VAT and duties. Prices on Watchandjewelryshop.dk, when delivered to EU countries, include 25% VAT and duties. Customers residing outside the EU, in Greenland, and the Faroe Islands are not required to pay Danish VAT, and Guldsmykket.dk will deduct 20% of the price during the order and payment process. Watchandjewelryshop.dk is not responsible for any local customs duties and taxes on our products.

During sales or discounted items, it may occur that only the current size, length, width, or color is discounted. If you wish to exchange the item later, the price for the specific new size, length, width, or color will apply.

3. PRICE GUARANTEE

At Watchandjewelryshop.dk, we always aim to ensure our customers get the best deal and, consequently, the best prices. If you find the same item at a lower price in another store, Watchandjewelryshop.dk is happy to match that price and even provide an additional 5% discount!

The only requirements for this price guarantee are that the item you find is from a Danish retail store or online shop, subject to the same Danish rules for VAT, customs, and consumer protection as Watchandjewelryshop.dk. The item must have the exact same design, manufacturer, quality, size, and purity. The price guarantee applies only to readily available items and does not cover queue offers, limited quantity/time offers, stock offers, or offers requiring membership in a purchasing association or any form of special payment to access the offer.

Our price guarantee is valid for up to 8 days after your purchase, and all you need to do is contact our customer service with a link, screenshot, advertisement clip, or any tangible proof of the price - we will promptly refund the difference to you, along with an extra 5%.

If you are unsure whether the price you have seen will be accepted, feel free to submit it, as all inquiries will be taken seriously!

4. SAFETY

5. Payment

On Guldsmykket.dk, you can pay with the most common Danish and international payment cards, such as Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and others. We do not charge card fees. It is also possible to pay via bank transfer to Danske Bank account 3543 4779166503. With a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Payment can also be made via PayPal or in cash upon pickup at our office in Frederikssund. If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. Afterward, you are required to pay your monthly installment on the 20th of each month. If you fail to make the payment on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be imposed. If you decide to cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will cease. ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000. Amounts exceeding DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress. Read more here: www.viabill.com/kredit

With Anyday, you can split your payment into 4 parts. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops offering payment through Anyday. If you wish to split your payment over several installments, Guldsmykket.dk has entered into an agreement with Sparxpres, where you can apply for an interest-free loan online and arrange for repayment over 12 or 23 months. Read more under Financing. If you decide to cancel your purchase, the financing agreement will also be void. When paying with Dankort or credit card on Guldsmykket.dk, simply enter your card number, expiration date, and security code when ordering the item. Guldsmykket.dk does not impose any fees on your credit card payment.

When paying with international credit cards such as Visa/Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and others, the amount is reserved on your account until the payment is deducted. There is no reservation on Dankort. The reservation is deducted if you cancel your purchase before the item is shipped. Guldsmykket.dk only deducts the amount from your account when we dispatch the goods. Guldsmykket.dk can never withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved during the purchase, but we can withdraw a smaller amount. If there is insufficient funds on the card when we are ready to dispatch your items and process the payment, the goods will be stopped with the carrier and returned. Our customer service will contact you to find a solution to the issue.

When using a payment card on Guldsmykket.dk, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment overview if you have not received the item. You have no self-risk in case your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a self-risk of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused with the use of the PIN code. The data you send in connection with a purchase paid with a payment card is encrypted (SSL), and only Nets/PBS can read them. Neither Guldsmykket.dk nor others have the ability to read the data.

ALL ATTEMPTS OF CREDIT CARD FRAUD OR ANY OTHER ATTEMPT OF FRAUD AGAINST GULDSMYKKET.DK AND OUR OTHER WEB SHOPS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.

6. DELIVERY TERMS & SHIPPING

At Watchandjewelryshop.dk, you can choose to have your order delivered worldwide on all orders. Watchandjewelryshop.dk offers the following delivery options, with shipping costs ranging from 0-85 kr:

PostNord Near box, Pick-up point & Package shop: Postnord has various special mailbox systems in several locations where you can pick up your packages around the clock. Pickup in "Nærboks" requires registration in the "PostNord app." Please note: If you choose a mailbox, parcel locker, or parcel shop, there may be situations where the shipping company delivers to another parcel shop due to space constraints during busy periods.

GLS package shop: Watchandjewelryshop.dk has an agreement with GLS for delivery via one of their many parcel shops in Denmark. You can choose the parcel shop where you want to pick up your order during the checkout process. Please note: If you choose a parcel shop, there may be situations where the shipping company delivers to another parcel shop due to space constraints during busy periods.

Private delivery with GLS and PostNord: The package is sent to your private home address and will be delivered on all weekdays between 8 am to 4 pm. You have the option to set up a "ModtagerFlex" arrangement with Postnord or an authorization agreement with GLS, allowing them to leave your packages at an agreed-upon location even if you are not at home.

Free delivery (5-10 business days) without tracking: If you have chosen this delivery method, Guldsmykket.dk may choose to send orders of lower value with regular mail directly to your mailbox. Please note that if your item is too large to fit in the mailbox, your order will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop based on your desired address.

Free World wide Delivery Shipped the cheapest: This shipping method includes shipment to all countries other than Denmark. As this is a free shipping method, we reserve the right to send the item in the most cost-effective way, often without tracking. Please note, that if your item is too large to fit in the mailbox, your order will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop based on your desired address.

Pickup at our office: The package can be picked up at our office by prior arrangement via email at: sales@houmann.dk or by phone: +45 32 12 25 51.

Business Package: Choose an alternative address and enter the company's address. (Remember to include the company name + any attention to "your name" in the address, otherwise, the package may not be delivered). It is required that there is an option for delivery at the address every weekday from 8 am to 4 pm.

7. DELIVERY TIMES

At Watchandjewelryshop.dk, the expected delivery time is stated for each item. We aim to dispatch all items in stock on the same day as we receive the order. Denmark: approx. 1-3 business days Sweden & Norway: approx. 3-6 business days Other EU countries, Iceland, the Faroe Islands & Greenland: approx. 4-7 business days

Delivery times may vary from country to country and are applicable from the moment Watchandjewelryshop.dk has handed over the order to the carrier.

8. EXCHANGE POLICY

At watchandjewelryshop.dk, we want what we deliver to our customers to be 100% satisfactory. If it's not, don't worry! When you purchase something from Guldsmykket.dk, you always have a minimum of 365 days from the purchase date to exchange or return, and you can always get your money back.

How do I do it?
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or entirely different item, you need to register this in our returnportal.
Exchanges are free, and if you exchange and return in the same shipment, it's also free.

What do i do about the return order?
When you return an item purchased from Guldsmykket.dk, please always include the original box, brand tags, original manuals, certificates, and warranty documents. It is important for the value of our products that everything received in the shipment is returned in the same condition if you want to ensure a full refund.

What about the freight?
You are responsible for the cost and responsibility of the return. We recommend using our Returnlabel. for a smooth process. If you choose to use our return label, the package will be sent as an insured parcel with a track & trace number and fast delivery. Please note that if you submit the package incorrectly, the insurance does not cover it, and Guldsmykket.dk cannot be held responsible for this.

REMEMBER that the packaging must protect the item during transportation and be able to withstand the item arriving safely!

Watchandjewelryshop.dk will, upon receiving your exchange, promptly send your new item to you. If the new item is more expensive, we kindly ask you to transfer the difference before we dispatch the new item to you. If you have a credit balance with us, we will promptly credit the excess payment and refund it to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. You also have the option for us to transfer the money to a bank account or PayPal account of your choice, but this may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Please note that if you use Mastercard for payment and choose to return an item, the funds may be temporarily reserved in your account for up to 30 days. 9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

At Watchandjewelryshop.dk, we would like to ensure that what we deliver to our customers is 100% satisfactory. If it's not, don't worry! When you purchase an item from Watchandjewelryshop.dk, you always have a minimum of 365 days from receipt to cancel your purchase, and we also offer a refund. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If it's a gift you're purchasing, you can write the date on which the gift is to be given under notes, and the 365-day period will apply from that date.

If the 365 days have passed but the item is still unused and in new condition, and you have changed your mind about the purchase, please contact our customer service. We will certainly find a solution to make you happy.

The deadline means that you have 365 days from the receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can register your return via our return portal or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in one order.
Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase. 

Return process

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation.

The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value, and it is due to your use of it beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may only receive a partial refund. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.
 
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
 
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, unless you provide documentation showing that you have returned them.

10. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to product purchases. Guldsmykket.dk provides a 24-month warranty on all its products. This means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If a complaint is made within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Return for repair/complaint: 
Watchandjewelryshop.dk reserves the right to have defective goods inspected and possibly repaired by the importer, manufacturer, or our own repairer to assess whether the complaint is justified. Guldsmykket.dk covers the costs of these inspections. Watchandjewelryshop.dk takes pride in ensuring that all our products maintain a high quality standard, and if anything unexpected happens to our goods, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible before returning the item.

Ved returnering for reparation eller andet, så vil Guldsmykket.dk fremsende en reklamations seddel, der bedes medsendes i pakken, samt en pakkelabel, så det er omkostningsfrit for dig at sende din varer til reparation. 

Er reklamationen berettiget, refunderer vi dine (rimelige) fragtomkostninger, men vi vil foretrække at du benytter vores returlabel. Varen skal altid sendes tilbage i forsvarlig emballage. Husk også at få en kvittering for afsendelse, så vi kan tilbagebetale dine fragtomkostninger.

When you purchase a product from Guldsmykket.dk, it is, of course, genuine and meets the descriptions. Our partners are approved in accordance with their national legislation. They are recognized both nationally and internationally for delivering high-quality products.

How can i be sure if the jewelery is real?
In Denmark, one is subject to some of the world's strictest laws regarding the trade of goods and precious metals. The law for the trade of precious metals involves unannounced visits, where random samples are checked for authenticity and carat. The control of precious metals is carried out by Force Technology on behalf of the Danish state and the jewelers' industry. Read more

For gemstones, there isn't such a control, but at Watchandjewelryshop.dk, all gemstones above a certain size are certified by a Danish recognized certified diamond grader.

How can i be sure if the watches are real?
When you buy a watch from Watchandjewelryshop.dk, you can be just as confident in the authenticity of the watch as if you were shopping at your local watchmaker. Firstly, the majority of the watches we sell are purchased through the same Danish suppliers who sell to your local watchmaker. With the watches we directly import, we have a strong and long-standing partnership with our suppliers, who are either manufacturers themselves or authorized dealers of watches from leading global brands. All our watches undergo thorough checks upon arrival, and as part of the quality control, we verify the authenticity of each watch. Every watch comes with the original manufacturer's warranty, and we also have watchmakers on staff equipped with all the necessary tools to inspect and repair watches from all brands.

In Europe, including Denmark, it is illegal to sell counterfeit branded goods, and such activities are subject to strict enforcement and penalties. In Denmark, Customs and Tax handle the control of branded goods, and Watchandjewelryshop.dk maintains a strong collaboration with Customs and Tax. They conduct random checks on our shipments, verifying and approving the authenticity of watches in coordination with the respective Danish importers.

In order to file a complaint, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

When you make a purchase from an e-marked online shop, you can have your case processed for free - regardless of the amount. Read more here.
