  3. If the item is one you'd like to purchase or save for later comparison, you can add it to your personal shopping cart by clicking "Buy" – and you can then continue browsing. You won't make a purchase until you've filled in your name, address, and accepted our terms.
  4. Once you've finished browsing our delightful selection, you can view the contents of your personal "Shopping Cart" by clicking on it in the upper right corner of the shop.
  5. Now, you have an overview of the items you've selected, with the opportunity to compare and read more about each item – you can remove or add more as needed.
  6. When you're satisfied with your choices, select "Proceed to Checkout."
  7. Enter your name and address so we can send you the items.
  8. If the package should be delivered to a different address than the billing address – for example, your workplace to avoid picking up the package at the post office – check the box for "alternative address" and fill in the name and address for the alternative delivery location. Then press "Continue."
  9. Now you need to choose the Payment Method and Shipping Method. Then select "Continue."

On, you can pay with the most common Danish and international payment cards, such as Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and others. We do not charge card fees. It is also possible to pay via bank transfer to Danske Bank account 3543 4779166503. With a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Payment can also be made via PayPal or in cash upon pickup at our office in Frederikssund. If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. Afterward, you are required to pay your monthly installment on the 20th of each month. If you fail to make the payment on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be imposed. If you decide to cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will cease. Free delivery (5-10 business days) without trackingIf you have chosen this delivery method, may choose to send orders of lower value with regular mail directly to your mailbox. Please note that if your item is too large to fit in the mailbox, your order will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop based on your desired address.

Free World wide Delivery Shipped the cheapest: This shipping method includes shipment to all countries other than Denmark. As this is a free shipping method, we reserve the right to send the item in the most cost-effective way, often without tracking. Please note, that if your item is too large to fit in the mailbox, your order will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop based on your desired address.

Business Package: Choose an alternative address and enter the company's address. What do i do about the return order?
When you return an item purchased from, please always include the original box, brand tags, original manuals, certificates, and warranty documents. It is important for the value of our products that everything received in the shipment is returned in the same condition if you want to ensure a full refund.

What about the freight?
You are responsible for the cost and responsibility of the return. We recommend using our Returnlabel. for a smooth process. If you choose to use our return label, the package will be sent as an insured parcel with a track & trace number and fast delivery. Please note that if you submit the package incorrectly, the insurance does not cover it, and cannot be held responsible for this.

REMEMBER that the packaging must protect the item during transportation and be able to withstand the item arriving safely! will, upon receiving your exchange, promptly send your new item to you. If the new item is more expensive, we kindly ask you to transfer the difference before we dispatch the new item to you. If you have a credit balance with us, we will promptly credit the excess payment and refund it to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. You also have the option for us to transfer the money to a bank account or PayPal account of your choice, but this may take an additional 2-3 business days.

At, we would like to ensure that what we deliver to our customers is 100% satisfactory. If it's not, don't worry! Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in one order.
Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value, and it is due to your use of it beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may only receive a partial refund. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you wish to cancel the agreement.

When you purchase a product from, it is, of course, genuine and meets the descriptions. Our partners are approved in accordance with their national legislation. They are recognized both nationally and internationally for delivering high-quality products.

How can i be sure if the jewelery is real?
In Denmark, one is subject to some of the world's strictest laws regarding the trade of goods and precious metals. The law for the trade of precious metals involves unannounced visits, where random samples are checked for authenticity and carat. The control of precious metals is carried out by Force Technology on behalf of the Danish state and the jewelers' industry. Read more

For gemstones, there isn't such a control, but at, all gemstones above a certain size are certified by a Danish recognized certified diamond grader.

How can i be sure if the watches are real?
When you buy a watch from, you can be just as confident in the authenticity of the watch as if you were shopping at your local watchmaker. Firstly, the majority of the watches we sell are purchased through the same Danish suppliers who sell to your local watchmaker. With the watches we directly import, we have a strong and long-standing partnership with our suppliers, who are either manufacturers themselves or authorized dealers of watches from leading global brands. All our watches undergo thorough checks upon arrival, and as part of the quality control, we verify the authenticity of each watch. Every watch comes with the original manufacturer's warranty, and we also have watchmakers on staff equipped with all the necessary tools to inspect and repair watches from all brands.

In Europe, including Denmark, it is illegal to sell counterfeit branded goods, and such activities are subject to strict enforcement and penalties. In Denmark, Customs and Tax handle the control of branded goods, and maintains a strong collaboration with Customs and Tax. They conduct random checks on our shipments, verifying and approving the authenticity of watches in coordination with the respective Danish importers.
